I had sent an MP3 player as instructed for a warranty repair / exchange to Thomson Inc. I followed all instructions including giving them a return address and phone number if they had any questions. I get the run around every time I call. It has been 7 months since I had sent the MP3 player and I still am out $100 for a MP3 player I bought and do not have. How can companys get away with this. Shame on RCA and Kmart for working with these fraudulent companies.
