Email from ziinga offering a portable dvd player for £1.00[ english pound], i took advantage of this offer ideal for when the grand-children came for a stay-over, but it seems ziinga are the one's to take advantage of me, they sent a further email confirming that they had sent this dvd player and also saying that i would be billed every month for a subscription, i emailed back saying that i had not took out a subscription i only agreed to the dvd player offer. I cancelled this subscription right away, they emailed saying it had been cancelled but now i find they had took money from my bank account what if anything can i do to get this money back, needless to say i am still waiting for this so called dvd player, i won't hold my breath, regards keith.
