Cellular-Blowout
Wildcat Communications Group Software will work for my phone but does not, does not respond to email/phone

1/2/08
1) Entered my phone and model #
2) Software to d/l my contacts from Outlook to phone - should be MA730
3) ordered it

1/10/08 rec'd it, tried to install it but does not work sent email to customer service and no response
1/14/08 Contacted Software company direct, and they tried to help. Finally found out that I needed the version - usb cable MA-8216P.
1/17/08 sent email to OrderChange at cellular-blowout.com to get a Ra# and what I need to do next.
1/22/08 - called there 818-889-1789 at numerous times and left message for call back

To date no one has called back.
