Wildcat communication group i order a phone for $264 its was suposse to be 2day delivery for 18 dollars, they don't have the phone but, they wont give me mo money

The web said phone is avilable in stock but ist alair a mount of 264 and i need my money because right now am not working, ist was surposse to be 3days delivery for 18 dollars since 2/15/10 and i need help
