I went to the Best Buy at Garden State Plaza, to return three items, one of the items was a home theater in a box, that cost 499.99. The girl at the customer service took back the item and instead returned the Home Theater setup. Which leaves me out of 499.99. I failed to realize what had happened right away, and it took me 11 days to notice it on my credit card statement. As soon as I realized I went to the store, and said that I wasn't refunded the money, they accused me of trying to steal money from the store.
The manager that I spoke to said that he would make sure that I wouldn't get my money back, and claimed that they weren't over one or under in the inventory count, which I can't verify. I asked him to please check the tape as to prove what I am saying is true, and he said no one can make him check the tape, and if he does it will be when he wants.
