Billing disputes!

We've been fighting with Tmoble regarding costs contact from IM Options regarding funds which are late from May through the current despite the fact that we ended our support in May.in those days we approached T Mobile concerning the proven fact that as the service was started in Atlanta we'd transferred to SC where they'd no support. They experimented with path our calls through SunCom a small go through organization that hired support from different companies. We were disappointed using the bad protection provided by Tmobile (SunCom) and approached Tmobile to demand our telephone be revealed to ensure that we're able to people another supplier (AT&T). T mobile agreed and advised us that people would need to spend an earlier agreement termination charge, to which we decided. Since May we've not obtained any billings or additional conversation from their store using the exclusion of the phone we obtained regarding our disappointment to pay for the termination charge. We'd been awaiting T Mobile to bill us for that Termination charge and after not getting a statement for all weeks we simply forgot about this as there additional demanding problems associated with our transfer from Atlanta to Mt Pleasant. Upon being informed of our disappointment to pay for the charge we created a remittance of $148.00 utilizing our AmEx card. We've been approached by IM Options (T Mobile) and advised that people never ended our support as hence were ongoing to become billed the regular charge. This makes no feeling since in May T Mobile decided to end our support and uncover our phone-in order that people can use an alternate supplier given that they had no support within the Carolinas. I've talked with numerous support representatives. At T Mobile plus they proceed to demand our acct hadn't been ended but simply stopped and therefore we were responsible for the regular charge. All efforts to describe they clearly ended our contract once they decided to permit us to pay for a termination to be able to permit us to visit another supplier.

I've been not able to work through the grunt support representative that has repeatedly advised me when I didn't spend $136.40 by Jan. 14th they'd change the problem to a 3rd party collection company. They WOn't acknowledge that by permitting me they clearly might have ended our contract but obviously they CAn't appear to determine it out.
