Bought an extremely expensive cell phone from these guys after about 6 weeks of use one day I turn it on and the screen has this huge crack going through it. I call up salespaerson he gives me info on returning product. I complete all required requests and forward phone on for repairs 10/17/07. Note they indicated repair time to be 6-8 weeks. Since then I have had multiple conversations with sales person as well as repair area, only to be told phone was actually sent by them to a repair center overseas. They continually indicated they have no control over this. I threatened to put this on TV and on 12/27/07 I received an email stating my phone was repaired and on its way back. I have had 4 phone conversations since then as my phone is still not in my possesion. They stated it was on its way back to US on that date to them and that they would ship to me upon receipt. Do they not believe in planes? Is my unit coming on a boat or by camel? Still to date no phone or additional responses.
