During the Thanksgiving season I began looking for a flat screen television and came across your digital electronics. I called and spoke to a person and she told me who to purchase the television and they only accepted Western Union and she gave me an excuse about credit card fraud. I made the purchase and sent $544.00 to an address in Italy. Italy because they told me it was for tax reasons their billing was overseas. I was told I would receive an e-mail once my payment was received and a tracking number via FedEx when my order was processes. Within 24 hours, I received an e-mail saying my payment was received but I never got a tracking number. I have called them repeatedly and never got a person on the line. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Orange, California and they still have not responded.
