8-11 I ordered a Panasonic Television from this company for $603.00. Per email the company advised me that payment had to be made per Western Union to their Italian address per. Mr Grover Walker, Via Labicana, 144, Rome. 00184, Italy. I had to forward the western union MTCN number to [email protected] or fax receipt to (39) 06-6051-3629.
8-11 received an email from billing dept ([email protected]) stating they had received payment confirmation and that shipping process would start immediately with a tracking number within 24 hrs.
I did NOT get any tracking # after 24 hrs and have emailed them 8 times within the past 3 days, NO response from them. I have called them 3 times - voicemail - left message. NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT!
8-14 filed complaint with Florida Attorney Generals Office - Economic Crimes Division. I am not optimistic that I will get my money back or that I will receive any product. This company is a RIPOFF!
