Overcharged by about 50% on Nintendo DS Lite, which could be had down the road at Best Buy much cheaper. Hard sell tactics on photo printers, and underhand sales methods such as claiming heavy discount would be applied to shelf prices but only total price for all items shown without itemization so you could check. Claimed to add an 8Gb XD memory card with an Olympus camera at $89, said he would "help" by setting the camera up ready to use (thus unboxing it) and on later inspection the memory card turned out to be just 512Mb.
My advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their terms are only to apply credit against other goods if you return stock after purchase. Just walk 1-2 blocks down 5th ave to Best Buy.
