Why didn't I read this site before I ordered? I ordered a camera body at what I thought was a great price. That was three weeks ago. A few days after I ordered the camera I received a message that it was placed on backorder.
Since that time I have been unable to contact the company by phone because the line is always busy, and I receive no reply to emails. Now I am scared that my credit card number will be used fraudulently.
No one has tried to bait and switch me and no one has said they would cancel my order. Now I wish they would!
I'm wondering if I need to cancel the order — and how to do that — and I wonder if I need to cancel my credit card. This is a first for me!
If this company NEVER delivers what they say they will, what do they actually do? Why are they still operating?
