I bought an open box projection T.V. 53". They sold it to me for $200.00 of the retail price cause this paticular version was being updated. I thought I was getting a deal..instead I got a piece of junk! They convinced me to buy the extended warranty plan and guaranteed me this would cover it just as if I bought a bran spankin new T.V. Low and behold as soon as we get home with it we notice there are images burnt into the screen, and the sound is acting up!
We call the warranty on the receipt and two months later we are still getting the run around! They are suppose to come to my home, I bought the in home service plan an additional $300.00. Now they say I'm in a farm out area (No Kidding!).
The whole reason I bought this additional plan was because I live 2 1/2 hrs. Away from the closet city! I'm getting nowhere with them and am now stuck with a piece of crap that I paid $2400.00 for! I'm very mad about this, I hope no one else has this happen to them! I'm still trying to get them to take care of this problem! I'll keep in touch as things develope!
