On 2/1 I ordered a time clock for $499 and paid for it by credit card. After about 6 weeks I contacted the company and wa told the clock had shipped and he (Frank Kuzniar) would check on it. Of course two weeks go by with no progress so I contact them again and am promised I'll receive it shortly. Well this has been going on for 9 months now. After I send faxes, dozens of emails and phone calls I'll receive an email promising delivery in a few days, yet nothing materializes
