Water clock rip-off! California

I ordered a Bedol water clock last spring. The clock only worked for about 1.5 weeks, then it leaker water and stopped working. I called Bedol, and was offered another clock once Bedol received the broken clock.

I NEVER received another clock OR a refund. After one month of hearing nothing, I contacted the company by phone and email. I received no response. Do not purchase products from this company.

I still have not been contacted or refunded - I basically paid $25 to Bedol for nothing.
