I recevied my Viscom V2 Premier computer through ShopNBC. Date received was 6/26/02. I sent them an email within the 30 days advising that I do not want to return my computer, but need either my keyboard repaired or replaced. They wrote me back after 2 more emails advising that they have forward my message to Viscom and they would contact me. I received no contact from them.
I then sent emails daily requesting response, but received no response back. So, I wrote to the digital lifeline. I was advised that they cannot help me due to my warrantly for hardware has expire past the 30 days.
It appears I might have to get an attorney. I already have the Better Business Bureau's complaint form and I am going to go to the local television station. I am so disappointed in my treatment. I feel like I was ripped off.
