The way I figure it, 10% of an average cost of $1700.00, is $170.00. I have seen consumer complaints covering all points of the US of A. Greyhound, AMTRAK, and the Airlines are viable means of transportation. Not to mention the automobile.

I particularly would like to get my hands on the little S.O.B.in soft ware who informed me that he was at his wits end, and I should not call more than once a week, requesting assistance to my problem!!!
OK. All that aside, and given the fact that we have all shelled out well over $1500.00 to purchase "The most user friendly PC ever to grace the industry". Let's commit ourselves to this; 1: If you have a local television affiliate that has any type of Consumer help dialog, call them!
2: Attempt to contact (In Numbers Now,) the so-called trash television gurus, i.E. Daytime Talk Hosts. Oprah, Jerry, Geraldo, Jenny, Montel, etc.
3: Contact the Attorney General of The State of Minnesota regarding the practices of not only Viscom Technology Group, but also ShopNBC.com. 4: Concider actually, and seriously taking the initiative to collectively retaining a Law firm to represent us all in a Class Action Law Suit against Viscom, ShopNBC, and their affiliates, so that we may get on with our lives.
