On June 3, I purchased a turntable from Best Buy, the manufacturer was Ion, when I first tried to use the unit, I discovered the needle was broken. I contacted the company by phone and was told to fax a copy of my receipt, They did send replacement needle twice.
But once I received the needles and installed them, the unit still did not work. It appeared the the head piece on the arm of the turntable was also broken. I called the company, and was told to fax this information to them, I faxed this information, and never received a response. (sept - 2007)
I called in oct. - 2007 and again was told to fax information, request was being reviewed. Again I faxed infomation, and again no response.
It is now november first I e-mailed again today. I paid $149.99 for this Unit and have gotten no use out of it. I would like a refund or a replacement.
