Failure to ship replacement of failed dvr unit

Purchased a protron dvr in october 07. January 7 unit was received at protron national return center, 2850 east cedar street, ontario ca 91761 for repaire under return authorization R 9009 821. Have been calling 1-888-257-8899 since 2/5/08 to inquire about my unit. It was deemed unrepairable and a replacement unit would be shipped back to me within 10 days. Called back 2/17/08-told by rep named "paul" that units are on back order, and to callback in 2 weeks. Called again in late february was told again that unit was on back order. Called 5/1/08 and requested they cancel the replacement of the unit and refund my money plus the $25.00 fedex i paid to return the unit to them. Was told by "gerry" that they are not authorized to refund. I then asked for the following information; the physical address of their corporate office and the name of an upper management person and their e-mail address. That was refused. They are not "authorized" to divulge that information either. There is no telephone number available. I'm at my wits end and don't know who to contact in ontario california to file a complaint with their better business bureau. I work in customer service, and if a customer asks for information about the company or the name of a person in upper management, we give that information to the customer.
