I sent my gps in for repairsd two months ago for repair. I was told it would be ready in two to three weeks. Every time i called to check i was told the shipping computer was down and nothing coud be sent. After two weeks i was yelling telling them no company could stay in buisness that way. They then told me my unit was not repairableand they would replace it. I would have it in two weeks.
No unit arrived. I called again. Another manager cynthia told me she generated a new comfermation number. I would have the unit in two weeks. No unit arrived. I called again spoke to rachel was promised the unit in four days or less. No unit arrived i was given confirmation numbers. Dates, and excusses.
Too date i have no unit. Thier customer service is out sourced to india. All answeres are scrpted. You will be told lies over and over. This is the worst case of custumer abuse i have ever heard of. Don't buy from magellan. You will be very sorry.
