I bought a magellan gps. When it broke i sent it back to be repaired. Weeks later i have tried to find out what is going on. Thier customer service is in india. I get scripted answeres. They told me that it was ready to be shipped when it did not arrive i got very angry and was now told the unit was unrepairable. They told me i would get a re[;acement 3140 it would arrive in 7 days. Still no unit. I now have called 17 times i am told thier shipping computer is down. They told me that siz weeks ago. I filed a complaint with the bbb.
Stay away. Worst company imaginable. I am out $1300.00
