I paid to them $3000.00 They promised to contact my creditors They keep changing phone no and fax no as well as mailing address Still no help

Contacted Provident Financial Service Inc President Curtis Wood 314 14th Ave North Jaacksonville Beach Florida 32250 in Jan 07. They promised to contact all my creditors telling them I had given them Limited power of representation. Because I was a hardship case unable to continue making payments on the credit card debts, assuring them I do plan to pay them in lieu of bankruptcy.

During the time I was making payments to them of $350. A month they were very responsive to all my phone calls, faxes, and letters. After they received the $3000.00 (final payment Sept) I only received phone calls in Oct. Since then they want return any of my calls, have changed their fax number... All communication has stopped. You can call the 1-877-915-1180
and get the same recording every time you call.

They promised to help me get out of debt in 2 years. I have called the 877 number telling Mr Ryan Parker I have sufficient funds to pay at least one account, with no response. They owe me $3000.00
