Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

I purchase a Bigscreen Sony Projection TV in Aug.
2years later the PU Convergence HV Board Died. A repair technician came out an diagnosed the problem on Aug 23,3002. Today is September 9 and the part of the TV is lost and they stated the earliest a repair tech can come back out and service the tv is Sept 20. Which is alot of bullshit.

The TV would have been broken for almost a month.
I have spoken to Supervisor and Managers and no one seems to know what the other person is doing.

I had to track down the part my self by call ups and find out who signed for the part. Still Best Buy is unable to locate it.

I will never ever by another thing from best buy. They have horrible customer service
