I purchased a Motorola Razr cellphone from Digital Concepts where I was told it would have full internet access. I couldn't access internet so I call Ntelos, the service provider. Ntelos told me that the browser on the Razr would not work with their system and would I need a Motorola Q. I returned the Razr to Digital Concepts the following day and was told the my refund check would be mailed in a couple days.
I have called and spoken with Fran (Sales) seven times in the last two months. I am always told, "the check is in the mail" or "I'll call you right back after I speak with Carl Brubke (owner)." I have never received a return call and have never received my refund. I have no problem with Ntelos service and I love my new Motorola Q phone but Digital Concepts of Charleston, WV is a ripoff.
