Sold me a phone that worked for two days and wouldn't return it or offer to stop my service I payed a month for

I bought A phone at digital concepts and it only worked for two days. I took the phone back only to be told it was a one time deal. They wouldn't replace the phone or offer to shout off the service I payed a month for. The store is nasty and full of ashtrays and it smells very bad.
