I bought Cordless phone of this company which was Free after rebate... I bought in the month of november... I mailed all the rebate forms, UPCs and other required documents to the company, after 2 months i got a letter in mail saying that my rebate is invalid because it didnt include any original UPCs. I called the CS and the lady gave me the fax number to send the UPC. I faxed them the copy of the UPC and still didnt get any check. So i called them again and the CSR told me to fax the UPC again, which i did... After few weeks i got a mail saying that i ahd not actiavted my calling card, so i couldnt get my rebate check. On the same day, i called their number and got the card activated. 6 weeks had passed since then, but i m yet to receive my rebate check...
