Sam's Club Computer Warranty is fraudulent! I sent out for two separate warranty claims on two computers. Boxes were identical when arrived so I sent what looked like the right computer in one of the boxes. Soon after I was called to deny a claim on a computer not even in their possession. They described the computer that was still at home, with the number, date of purchase ext. I corrected them and told them the acer (not toshiba) they had had nothing wrong with the hinges unless they damaged it. Corrections that they had the acer were made while on the line. The charging port which was loose on the acer was never fixed and further damage to the computer was made when replacing the screw and it came back with further damage. Warranty claim was combined to list both computer computer issues and sent back damaged further with no repair to original claim which was loose charging port.

Deciding since I sent in the wrong box and curious I sent in an empty box that was for the second computer. Soon enough I was contacted and denied this claim even though it was an empty box. The computer was still at my house again which they called to deny.

I contacted legal services and the CEO's phone for Sam Club since this is now the 4th computer they have done similar to.

First was they damaged a screen, sent it back and claimed water damage. This samsung laptop is still in my garage with a broken screen unrepaired. Problems were intermittent shut downs.

Second was a small red acer with hard drive failure. Sam's Club warranty sent computer back refusing to fix computer due to cosmetic issue that was another defect of 1/2 inch crack in monitor cover.

This issue is really getting to me. I was able to get Sam's Club to pay out for the red acer but only because it was an early bird special and cost $200 at time of purchase. The warranty was not refunded and computer could not be replaced for this cost.

Frustrating but I also have a recording of some of the conversation to go with this. (legal recording since they were)
