Repair service delay

I bought a brand new Kenmore machine in Dec.'may. Nearly precisely 8 weeks later, it began smoking, creating a running sound, and quit functioning. Sears claims they CAn't obtain a fix individual in my experience until Sept. 6 - more than 3 months later. I might employ another fix individual and existing Sears using the statement in small claims court. They've breached the intended twelve months guarantees that include brand new acquisitions. I will never purchase their devices again.
