Pre Paid SIM CARD Cingular Fraud PayPal ripoff very sophistocated

Wireless Stop offered pre paid SIM cards for cell phone. Sent money via PayPal. Sent me unusable dummy Sim Card. Called Pay Pal and they never heard of this account. Advised me it was Fraud. Tried to get my credit card account. Bad company
