I needed surveillance for my vacation property in North Carolina, my home is in Florida. The representative promised us that we could have a sateliete view of our property directly to our home in Florida via internet. We paid a few hundred dollars for the equipment and service and it has NEVER worked... They sent technicians out and the service still has never worked. We called to rectify the problem SEVERAL times to no avail. We decided to cancel the service since it was not working and they are charging us a cancellation fee of over $300.00 for something that NEVER worked.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - they ended up reporting us to a collections company for a service that never worked - if any part of any contract was broken it was on their end, as they never gave us service. They have been uncooperative since day one and it has been nothing but a hassle. I would not recomend them to anyone - they are completely fradulent. Do not use this company they are crooks!
