I bought a camera at 299.99 on the 4th of July and they advertised the camera on 07/20/07 for $50.00 less. I went to get a price adjustment today only to be told its outside the 14 day exchange period so they would nothing. So I decided to call the best buy customer service and got the same answer -
I for one will never go to another buy and will not recommend their nast customer service and the the price adjustment policies. I have shopping at Best buy for 14 years and have seen their customer service go from bad to worse and their polcies are also following the same trend line. I was sold the camera under misinformation that resulted in me spending another 63.00 dollars at Amazon.com and now this is the last straw.
Its unbelievable the size of best buy would endager themseves in such practices because they only jeopardize their future custome base and sales -hope that they go out of business soon
