I called HP customer support in July, to report that the battery cover had come off on my digital camera. Since it was less than six months old, I thought I would get it repaired.
Instead, I was urged to "UPGRADE" and purchase a different camera for $160.00, since it was too expensive to repair my camera.
When the camera arrived, it was a reburbished camera. I called HP Customer Service and had to repeat my story numerous times, until I was told that I had to talk to a case manager, who would call me back within 24 hours. Of course, that never happened!
After several attempts I finally got a manager, who promised if I sent the camera back I would get a full refund.
That was 3 months ago.
WEll, today, a package arrived from HP.
They sent me the manual, cables and batteries from the camera I had RETURNED and no credit to my charge card!
I again called Customer Service and was told the same thing-a customer service manager would be calling me back.
Yeah, right.
HP hands down, has the WORST customer service department I have ever encountered. DON'T buy their products EVER!
