Purchased a "Wall Mart" online 32" Visco TV for Christmas 2006. It was real cheap. $599.00 to be exact. This was a big mistake on my part for the reasons I will list.
1. The sound was terrible, no matter what setting I put it on.
2. The sound progressivly got worse and started humming.
3. The sound between channels had dramatic variations from not being able to hear on one channel to excessivly loud on the next. You had to readjust the sound every time you changed channel.
4. Wall Mart blew us off and said after 90 days we had to go back to the Visco.
5. After six months the sound went dead and the picture went out and the TV was dead.
6. It was almost impossible to contact Visco USA Inc.
7. Visco did not answer the phone or call me back.
8. Visco takes over a week to respond to email and will did not call me even though I provided them with a number.
9. Visco is hidding behind voice mail and email.
10. Here is the best part, Visco USA Inc. Emails me to send the 32" TV back to California at my expense and insure it.
Now think about this, how does the average person ship a 32" TV from Chicago to California? I saved the box for 3 months and as soon as I threw it out the TV started having problems. Coincidentially right after Wall Marts 90 day warrenty.
11. There is no local service center, It's back to California.
Never again will Wall Mart or Visco USA Inc. Get a penny of my money. I will spend my money where the vendor supports their customer. Buyer beware of Wall Mart & Visco, after they have your money you are dirt to them.
Do not shop Wall Mart or buy Visco brand TV's
