Ripoff cd burner doesn't work victimized many consumers

I got a new dell computer around march get for burning cd and makind photos or was sasopsed to be right well ever since i got it i tried to burn a cd and it did no work i tried another cd and angain it did not work i keep tring and it nver work right

I called custermer care a few times and they had me tri tio burn so cd on the phone with them and o course it did;t work after taling to 3-4 people i finaly got them to get someone to my house he put a new one in i think any way

I ran out of cd's and buy the time i got new in well yes the burner didn't work again i have bean tring to call them and i have wasted so many cds on the phone with them that thay should owe me money buy now

I didn't fianally get some one es;e on the phone and someone was sopost to be at my house to replase the burner again but no one came

I called dell back tyhe day after someone was suspost to be at my house well thay had no record of any of my resent complant and no record that somnrone was going to come to my house i ask to speech to a manager but he amn on the phone would not let me and hung up on me
i still have a cd burner that dose not burn and i am very up set with this matter
