Cutomer service is slipping, and their policies are outrageous. I had to file a formal investigation with my bank to get them to admit that they were wrong

My nightmare started about four months ago, when I purchased a 'Dead Upon Arrival' motherboard from Ewiz.com. They have ignored me, and are hoping that I give up in my attempt to recover my money.

Fast forward to a few months back; I finally had the money to buy a replacement motherboard. I did not have the money to by my processor, two sticks of memory all at once. Newegg.com (where I bought the next round of junk) has since changed their return policies (since my last purchase).

I have spent thousands of dollars on their site, and they used to be sympathetic to such strange bouts of bad luck such as this. I spent over six hours on the phone with their customer service reps, to no avail; they could care less. The motherboard is behaving erratically.

Since I am an A Certified computer technician, I realized that it could be many different issues (bad ram, bad motherboard, bad processor, or all of the above). There is the possibility that the bad motherboard (this is my third bad board from Gigabyte, and my last purchase from them) zapped the ram, chip, etc.
What the average person does not realize is that if you do not have a spare motherboard, processor, etc.; it could take a week or more to diagnose it. The diagnostic tools (software) points back to the motherboard and ram being bad (I.E.: I believe that the motherboard killed the ram).

I called Gigabyte's technical service rep, and he confirmed that it is either the video card (built in on the motherboard), and the ram. This guru also said that the ram and the processor could have been harmed from the bad motherboard.

I am requesting from Newegg.com to either refund me in full for all parts, or replace my ram, processor, and refund me for the motherboard. I would prefer a full refund.

If you care to do the research about the computer issues above, just type 'Symptoms of a bad motherboard'; read up on that subject, and just omit 'motherboard' with 'ram', 'video card', etc. The symptoms are very similar, and it is not worth risking just replacing one part if such a situation occurs.
