Enet marketing inc. Items Nerer Shipped Out Contacted BBB And My Visa Card Company, I Was A Victum
Total Incompetence. Placed order online using Visa Card, paid extra for Us Mail Express Delivery, site said copy of invoice emailed to me. No such email received, so end of 2nd day, I called long distance to Sales & Support as to email, status & tracking number.
The Representative, who spent over half of the call talking to someone else, couldn't explain the lack of email, that my order had shipped and that He couldn't tell me the tracking number but that He would email it to me. Almost immediately I never received his email. Such order number was confirmed as invalid.
Called back and was told to call their warehouse and that the number I was given was for their sales!!! Such number is a "Is The Same", does not provide tracking nor expected delivery date, nor any form of insurance. I am greatly apalled at the Gross Incompetence, Lack of Concern & Courtesy.
Were is my order, I ordered 2 Memory flash cards and paid for them with faster service, Nothing yet. So now i've contacted my Visa Card company and did a customer fraud report filed @ Enet shop.
What is going on with this store and how they run there Business is out rite a total Scam. I did a serch at pricewatch.com and saw so many people who were scammed as well.

don't even think about this store! The memory i got was no name crap. I tried it on two systems and it wouldn't work. OK so I took a chance expecting to incur the 20% restocking fee, but these idiots won't return an email or phone call! Yeah right they will get you an rma# and instructions for the return, the reality is once they've shipped to you, you no longer exist!

This was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a video card from them awhile back and was sent the wrong card. The card in the picture and the one they describe in the description are the card that I intended to order. However, apparently that's not the same card as what's in the title. They sent the ATI Radeon X600PRO 256MB PCI Express just like it says. Apparantly, that's different from the ATI Radeon ALL-IN-WONDER X600PRO 256MB PCI Express.
However, I assumed it was the same card because in the description, they are clearly describing the ALL-IN-WONDER card, which is the one I intended to order. The picture was also of the ALL-IN-WONDER Card. So when I returned the card, they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I called them and notified them of the discrepancy. I even sent them the link. The just kept responding with "this is the correct card." They refused to listen to me. I even took screen shots of the website in case they tried to change it.
It was very difficult to communicate with them as well because at the time, all of the employees I spoke with (probably 3-5 of them) spoke broken English at best, which is the only language I speak fluently. I had one employee tell me that he would speak with his manager, but he was only away from the phone for a few seconds, clearly not enough time to have a conversation with anyone. He then informed me that they would only charge a 15% restocking fee. I'd made 6 calls and sent probably 6-10 emails. I realized then that the 15% restocking fee would be the best deal I'd get. I said "OK" but was then still charged a 20% restocking fee. I contacted them about this but I was quickly dismissed each time. They also quit repsonding to my emails. I'll never do business with them again because I don't trust them. I still have every last drop of documentation to prove this.

After three emails 10days later and one phone call I finally recieved an RMA number for my order which has held up the operation of my business.
Very Dissatisfied Customer.
