Ripoff Fraudulent contract sales

I purchased a 40" LCD TV from Pacific Sales, that came with a 5 year extended warranty. That was the only reason I purchased the TV there. I had a problem with the TV, and I am now being told by Maytag repair that there is no contract, due to a paperwork error by Pacific Sales. The TV has been deemed unrepairable, and Pacific Sales will not honor the contract that I was sold, So I am stuck with a $3500.00 non-working wall ornament. I have been working with Pacific Sales for over 1 month, to no avail.
