This is my single worst internet shopping experience to date.
Prior to making the official purchase online, I contacted Projector Export to verify that the 40 inch LCD I was interested in was in fact a new set, with warranty for the listed price. The salesman insisted it was in fact new and it came with a warranty.
A few days after the order, i was sent an email to verify the sale. I verified the sale with the salesman who made no mention about the product. I again however received an additional email asking me to verify sale. This time the salesman told me the TV did not come with a remote, and TV stand or a warranty. Real clever tactic! The salesman told me he would "clear it up" and call me back. He NEVER did. I sent an email demanding the above items be sent with the TV or to cancel the sale. I received NO EMAIL of the cancellation.
This company is a scam and a blatant bunch of bait and switch liars and should never be used to purchase anything. Poor communication, rude salesman (I got hung up on twice) and obviously shady mafia type dealings.
Aviod this company at all costs!
