After verifying stock by calling in, I placed order over the phone. I waited a week and a half before calling about shipping (they had told me it would ship 2 days after placement of order), they told me it would ship that Friday (lie). The next week I called again and got the same line, "Its going out Friday" (another lie) The following Monday I called in and tyhey finally told me that it was not in stock. I had ordered a Pioneer Premier DEH-980BT which is their top of the line car audio CD player. When they told me it was out of stock they then tried to tell me that a Sony reciever with Bluetooth was a better reciever and tried too sell me that. (It absolutely is not a better reciever or I would have ordered that from the begining) I proceeded to tell them that and told them to cancel my order. I then had to call back a week later as my account had not been credited. They had charged my account the day after I placed the order, but it took them a week and a half to give me my money back after I canceled. They had my money for a month gaining interest, and preventing me from ordering elsewhere as they had my money that I had set aside.
