LCD Projector no parts and no service ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

Sold very expensive (MSRP $5,000) LCD Projectors and only a couple of years later will not service and does not have any parts. Would not troubleshoot over phone or even look at my unit to see what might be wrong. Offered no help at all or alternative service center. Don't even consider buying a product from this company.
