I ordered 2 mini ear hearing aids. My check cleared in may I have been waiting 6 weeks now and have had no response from the co

I have tryed to call the co but line is busy, or no one answers the line.

I think the co should be responsible for a refund if the product is not available.

Every two week their add appears in the sunday paper.
