Together With Nextel send my phone to the wrong adress but the bill made it to my correct address

I ordered a phone on the 12th of dec. They mailed the phone out to me but i never received it. It was shipped back to them and they kept my money after i called and canceled on the 21 of dec. I still hadn't had my account credited with my money,

When i called they never knew what to tell me they transfered me from one person to another, all to tell me that they put my $ on my bill. How could i have a bill and i never got a phone, so they said they would cut me a check but it would take 7 to 10 days to receive my $.

I dont understand how that is that they can get your $ instantly and it takes you a month to get it back. I have no phone and they still have my $, and no one is held accountable, at all, that was my gift for xmas, that i payed for and never got, nor do i have my $.

On top of that they wouldn't even allow me to reorder a phone unless i sent them another $400, like i can afford to give them $800 at this time of year for a phone that they screwed up on
