Refusal to Send Bill for 6 months Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I am actually a Nextel customer that now has the pleasure of having to deal with Sprint.
The only way that I am able to pay my bill or know when to pay my bill is when I get a rude message on my phone that tells me to pay my bill today or be disconnected. Everytime that I get one of these messages I call the 800 number and ask why I AGAIN did not receive a bill, and of course every month it is a different person that I talk to because "I'm sorry, but all calls go out randomly and there is NO way for us to find the person you talked to last time." I ask them to look at the notes the last person should've been taking and check for an operator number, they don't do that.
However, every month the new person is going to fix my problem and get my bills sent out, they DON'T! When you ask to talk to someone at corporate they advise you that they don't have anyone at the corporate level. I then, as politely as I can, explain to them that I can guarantee them that there is someone above them that is not making $9.00 an hour to answer a telephone and make excuses. They always go back to the "do you want to pay your bill", and then I remind them that I do not have a bill that is why I am constantly calling you.
When I told them that I pay for itemized billing they told me "no you don't", I said that they need to look at my old bills and it would show that charge, they said "it's free", I asked when this happened and it was a couple of months ago. I once again informed them that I wouldn't know this since "I have not had a bill for months."

I even had one employee tell me that they sent text messages to me and I told them that I never received them and I told them they could verify that, however when I called to see why I received a phone message for a payment when my bill was paid they told me "we haven't called you", although it was a "message therefore it is recorded on my phone", they didn't know what to say.
So, I have received one bill since January and I just send money every month when I get my rude phone call. Oh and I tried getting them through email also, but they said their system keeps having problems sending it.
