Lied about ship date, shipped damaged product, refused refund Ripoff

We purchased a TV stand from this company, they lied about availability, when I said to cancel order they threatened to charge a 20% restocking fee. When it was finally shipped it was completely smased and damaged. Delivery was refused and we asked for refund. They said they couldn't refund until they recieved product back. As of now, 1 month later, the damaged product is still sitting in the local warehouse and they haven't instructed freight company to ship it back to them. They were rude on the phone, told us to quit bothering them and basically refused to refund money and aren't contacting freight company to get product back. Freight company won't do anything until fotoconnection files paperwork to ship product back. We are stuck! Don't work with this company. It's a one man shop posing as a large company. The same guy answers the phone, takes the order, keeps changing his name, etc. Very unprofessional and uneducated. I'm filing a report with the Attorney General in NY.
