Provided with IESC Diesel - with a 50% refund pending return of an unused engine and inspection. We provided IESC Diesel / Detroit Diesel Miami with the freight documents to ship the engine back from the original ship to location in Colorado. We provided them with the wire transfer confirmation form and asked if we could arrange to pick up the engine. Our trucks were turned away and our calls and emails went unanswered. We were finally able to find out that the engine was shipped from Colorado to their office in Miami. We tried to have it rerouted to the correct address but IESC called in and refused the change. We are now out our money and product.
Beware of dealing with these guys and make sure you get your product back before offering a refund.
