Said i pick-up a tv when i did not and i am getting a credit card bill for 500.00

I went to abc to buy a tv. I seen one i like so i fill out a app. For credit to buy but when i seen the intrest charge i told them i did want the tv and left the store. I get a credit card bill in the mail saying i owe $502.00 to them. I try to call abc to settle this but they said it show in there record that i took the tv with me but if you look at the camera in hte doorway it will show i left entry hand did.
