They took me and my wife for $249 for a processing fee ; then it took 40 days to process when it was said it would be 25 days. When it was all said and done there was a little box with different advertisements, a letter stating to receive the card you would have to fill out the credit card application. This came as a surprise to me because i was already billed for the card ($249).
Now when i called they told me my wife had to talk to them, when i already had talk to a few of their reps during the weeks before ; asking about when my card would show, they stated, "it will come in the mail in 25 business days, then said, "it already left on the 8th of aug. The reason for the rip-off is because they had said approved us (because the money came out of our account and i approved it to) for a least 2,000 credit limit and then sent us a secured credit card application and said fill it out and hang up in our face. They said that we told you it was it was a in store credit card, but did not state that it was a secured.
Now i would not order a secured credit card because i already have one from my bank and it has the same limit. I believe fraud is going unchecked because most people do not know what to do. If anyone knows if of a pending lawsuit please contact by using the rebuttal box below because i want to fight them in court.
