I have to send my recorder back for the second time in ten months because it is not getting dial tone. This time I have to pay $99 plus shipping and tax. I am also paying for the sevice even though I can't use it while the nmachine is down. I have spent many many hours working with tivo on phone only to be told to send the unit back to Texas. I can see from other websites that tivo/philips is ripping off hunreds of people. I am going to cancel the tivo service
