I bought from Lindas Camera world on ebay. The camera arrived dysfunctional, appeared used and previously opened. Her auction stated 7 day money back guarantee and 1 year munufacturer warranty included.
Well, there is a clause down there that also says "cameras arriving DOA will be returned to the manufacturer under the warranty" I thought she would take care of any defective cameras using her Distrubutor warranty which is what the warranty is. The warranty on the camera is a one year distributor warranty Linda has on the cameras she buys from SVP company.

According to the "cameras arriving DOA are returned to the manufactorer" on her ebay auctions IF you get a dysfunctional camera and need to send it back to this seller Melinda of Lindas Camera world selling on ebay then that means you let her send it back to the supplier and YOU Pay for her shipping to and from SVP, pay the 20% restocking fee and GET LINDAS DYSFUNCTIONAL SVP camera she sold you and sent you through the mail for three figure dollar ammount fixed at your expense for the shipping and handling charges!!! NO WAY. That can't be right. I'm fighting that rip off.
BE WARNED CONSUMER if you buy a dysfunctional camera from this place you could be in for a hassle.
I wanted my money back guarantee on day five and wrote and told her. She tried to sell me another camera and told me to go "Buy it now" and then get back in touch with her to set up the exchange and I said no.
I believe I will get my money back through buyer protection. It could take a while. This experience was bad enough to prompt me to warn others of how difficult this company is to work with and that you may have to fight to get your money back for a defective product should you happen to recieve one.
