Upon receiveing jubox, it was noted that the bill acceptor and all accompaning equipment was missing.
This purchase was made on ebay and paid thru paypal. Both ebay and paypal were contacted through the resolution procedure, but they were unable to assist me becuse sixty days had elapsed.
The reason for the delay in filing the greivance was that I had contacted the seller approximatly ten to twenty times trying to resolve the problem. He was contacted by phone and email. Finally on or about 05/26/06, he stated that he would ship the components that day.
After waiting until the end of June and not receiving the shipment, a negative response was posted to the sellers web on ebay. He responded to the response by stating that all I had to was call him. When I was able to reach him After many attempts, He stated that he would not send the missing parts because of the negative feedback.
I have also filed reports with IC3 and the Better Business Bureau. If you know of any other agencies that can assist me in trying to resolve this issue, please let me know.
