Our 27 in. Tv quit working after 7 months of use. After contacting thompson they provided us with the names of 2 repair shops, the closest was 110 miles away. After contacting the repair shop they advised thompson it would be cheaper to replace the tv. Than to have them make the required 2 trips to repair the tv. Thompson agreed and said that they would replace the tv, and assignrd a case number and said a tv would be sent out to replace it. It has now been almost a month since we reported it and still dont habve a replacement tv. Every time i call, and inquire about it, i get the run around, with no one telling me the same thing, the last time i called the customer service rep. Was very rude, put me on hold for 22 minutes. Her english was very poor hard to understand. She said that a agent na, med slyvia would contact us by Monday or tuesday, still they havent called.
